    This product is arranged with a false bottom and a diversion duct,without precipitation into the tank.There is no need to discharge the ore while shutting down the machine.The umbrella-shaped holed dispersing hood of the stator is used as the stabilizer,ensuring the stability of the liquid level and froth layer.The impeller is cylindrical,with low peripheral velocity,low energy consumption and high recovery rate,which is 1-2% higher than that of common type.It has a large production capacity and reliable performance.

    This product has the ability of imbibing the air spontaneously but hasn't the ability of imbibing the ore pulp spontaneously .While using it separately,terrace arrangement with 300-400mm drop height is required.The return of foam depends on the foam pump.Usually,JJF type and SF type floatation machines combine an integral unit.SF type acts as an ore pulp imbibing tank,while JJF acts as a direct flow tank. In such a way,a horizontal arrangement is realized,which needs neither a drop height nor a foam pump.

    Configuration scheme and feeding mode

    Quantity of the scrapers and mode of drive (right drive or left drive)

    Quantities of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers, and crude ore chambers

    Other special requirements

    No electric control cabinet will be supplied.

    The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings. And the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine.
