● Brief introduction
TC series precision ceramics vacuum filter is a new kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving filtering equipment integrating electromechanical, micropore ceramics with ultrasonic technology, for achieving solid-liquid separation relying on vacuum suction and capillarity. It is widely used in the industries like mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and environmental protection.

Pulp suction area; While working, the filter plate immersing in the pulp combines vacuum pressure under the action of capillarity, to absorb the surface to be a layer of filter cake. The filtrate enters into the distributing valve via filter plate and then to the discharging tank.
Spray washing area： After the filter cake comes out from the pulp hopper, it sprays and washes the filter cake：
Drying area; The filter cake continues to be dewatered under the action of high vacuum force.
Discharging area; under the condition of entering a vacuum-ffee space, the scraper will discharge automatically.
Back flushing： The industrial water or filtrate enters into ceramic plate via the distributing valve, and they are washed from the internal to the external. Clean the micropores blocked. After a period of using the ceramic plate, clean the ceramic plate with ultrasonic and low-concentration acid, to keep high-efficiency application of the ceramic plate.

● Control system

● Vacuum system

Adopt two-stage vacuum system to reach ultimate vacuum, making water content of filter cake lower. Available as the vacuum type are free drop height, automatic water draining (patented), and auxiliary dewatering, etc.
● Cleaning system (patented)
Filtering with a precision filter is adopted for filtrate regenerating system, which can protect the environment and save the energy.
Water supply system at a constant pressure is adopted for stable cleaning. Safe and reliable.
The combination of ultrasonic with chemical cleaning agent is adopted for cleaning the ceramic plate, which ensures high-efficiency application of the ceramic plate effectively.

● Scope of application
At present, it has been widely applied to the dewatering of concentrate and tailings of non-ferrous metal, rare metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal in the mines, the dewatering of oxide, electrolyzed slag, leached mud, and slag in chemical industry, and the treatment of sewage, sludge and waste acid in environmental protection field.
