● Brief introduction

TC series precision ceramics vacuum filter is a new kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving filtering equipment integrating electromechanical, micropore ceramics with ultrasonic technology, for achieving solid-liquid separation relying on vacuum suction and capillarity. It is widely used in the industries like mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and environmental protection.

Features

High vacuum degree (vacuum degree 0.09 〜0.098MPa); low water content of flter cake.

Solid content of the filtrate <50ppm. The filtrate can be used repeatedly, thus, the quantity of filtrate discharged is reduced.

Compared with traditional filtering equipment, it can save the energy by more than 90%, with low energy consumption and low running cost.

Compared with traditional ceramics filtering equipment, filter cake washing is added, which is applicable for the materials that need to be washed.

Combination of PLC with microcomputer is adopted, achieving automatic control of the valves, with high automaticity, and low labor intensity.

Working principle

Pulp suction area; While working, the filter plate immersing in the pulp combines vacuum pressure under the action of capillarity, to absorb the surface to be a layer of filter cake. The filtrate enters into the distributing valve via filter plate and then to the discharging tank.

Spray washing area： After the filter cake comes out from the pulp hopper, it sprays and washes the filter cake：

Drying area; The filter cake continues to be dewatered under the action of high vacuum force.

Discharging area; under the condition of entering a vacuum-ffee space, the scraper will discharge automatically.

Back flushing： The industrial water or filtrate enters into ceramic plate via the distributing valve, and they are washed from the internal to the external. Clean the micropores blocked. After a period of using the ceramic plate, clean the ceramic plate with ultrasonic and low-concentration acid, to keep high-efficiency application of the ceramic plate.

High matrix density, high film strength, resistance against abrasion, compression and corrosion.

Electrocast white alundum after gradient forming by 500T hydraulic press and 1430 C sintering is adopted, with compression resistance up to 8bar.

Fine material, compound integrity, no adhesive bonding, good water permeability, percentage of open area reaching 92%；1800-mesh superfine white alundum spray-film precoating process is adopted； good capillarity and low vacuum energy consumption.

High temperature, high pressure, and organic solvent can be used for washing, which realizes good renovation effect, and long service life.

● Control system

Computer control system or touch screen combining with PLC control is adopted. Automatic control and agitation are adopted for feeding, filtering, cleaning and formulating acid. Variable frequency control is adopted for main shaft reducer. Thefefore, an operator can operate sevefal units at the same time. Its features： high automaticity； simple and convenient operation； safe and reliable.

● Vacuum system

Corundum after specular surface treating is adopted for the distributing valve. It has the features like good sealing performance, abrasion proof, simple structure, easy maintenance and long service life (patented).

Adopt two-stage vacuum system to reach ultimate vacuum, making water content of filter cake lower. Available as the vacuum type are free drop height, automatic water draining (patented), and auxiliary dewatering, etc.

● Cleaning system (patented)

Filtering with a precision filter is adopted for filtrate regenerating system, which can protect the environment and save the energy.

Water supply system at a constant pressure is adopted for stable cleaning. Safe and reliable.

The combination of ultrasonic with chemical cleaning agent is adopted for cleaning the ceramic plate, which ensures high-efficiency application of the ceramic plate effectively.

Automatic formulation of acid reduces labor intensity and danger.

● Scope of application

At present, it has been widely applied to the dewatering of concentrate and tailings of non-ferrous metal, rare metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal in the mines, the dewatering of oxide, electrolyzed slag, leached mud, and slag in chemical industry, and the treatment of sewage, sludge and waste acid in environmental protection field. It can process the materials with fineness ranging from -200 meshes to -450 meshes, and various superfine materials as well.
